The person erecting any building or undertaking any sewerage work shall ensure that signed copies of all applications, plans and drawings referred to in Part I and approved by the local authority for the purposed of any particular work are at all times-

a) kept upon the site of such building or sewerage work; and

b) maintained in a legible condition.
